St Martin's: Contact and Visits

St Martin’s: a community of prayer and welcome in the name of Jesus Christ since before 597AD.


Location: North Holmes Road, Canterbury, CT1 1PW - roughly a 10 minute walk from the City Centre, via Longport.

 

The church is open for visitors (no charge for access) at the following times

Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 11am to 3pm. Saturdays 11.00 to 4.00 pm during summer months, and Sundays 9.45am to 10.30am.

 

Pre-booked groups can sometimes be accommodated at other times, by contacting visits@martinpaul.org. Donations are invited towards church costs. Operational costs and repairs are funded by the local congregation and gifts from visitors. The churchyard is always open. 

 

Vehicle access via North Holmes Road is southbound only (no vehicle access from A257 St Martin’s Hill). On-street parking is available in North Holmes Road and St Martin’s Avenue. Restrictions apply Mon-Fri 8am-6.30pm (pay at machine, display ticket, maximum stay 2 hours).
