The Parish Centre - more than just a church hall!

The Parish Centre, built in 2007 and therefore one of the newest in Canterbury, comprises the main hall for the parish, plus a kitchen, an office, and male and female WCs on the ground floor. There are three meeting rooms on the first floor, one of which can be used for quiet contemplation, and another as a music practice room. The Parish Centre links directly to St Paul's Church but it also has a separate access onto Church St (St Paul's). The main hall is used each weekday morning in term time by one or other of our two children's groups, called Fisher Folk and Cheeky Monkeys.

The hall or the other rooms can be hired. The costs are, for the first hour:

Main Hall: £25 per hour. The Hall will cater for 75 - 80 people sitting at tables.
Meeting Room: £15 per hour. This room will take 15 - 20 people.
Children's Room: £15 per hour. This room will take about 25 people.
Music Room: £17.5 per hour. This room will take up to 30 people.

For the second or subsequent hours, the hire costs are:

Main Hall: £20 per hour
Meeting Room: £10 per hour
Children's Room: £10 per hour
Music Room: £12.5 per hour
